Jars Of Hope

Decorate a jar, fill it with origami stars

Students painted and decorated their own jars, then wrote kind messages to themselves and to each other, folded them into origami stars, and filled the jars up. The idea was simple: open one on a hard day, add another on a good one.

A collaboration with USG to close out the semester. Students built gingerbread homes, drank hot chocolate, ate far too many sweets, and took a proper break before finals and the holidays.

A slow, creative afternoon making crepe-paper bouquets in honor of Women's Day. The event was about self-appreciation, care and growth, and it was open to everyone. Students made flowers for themselves, or for someone they love.

Students made personalized gemstone bracelets, choosing stones for whatever they wanted to call in — health, love, success, or something only they knew. Your intention, in bracelet form.
